· Minimize material and moral losses that may result from work accidents and occupational diseases, and provide effective and immediate intervention in the event of such incidents to minimize personal and institutional damage,
· Strive to eliminate all risks of work accidents and occupational diseases, and turn these risks into opportunities for improvement and growth within the hotel,
· Increase the occupational health and safety awareness of our employees through ongoing training and education, and
· Regularly monitor and control this process to ensure continuous improvements in occupational health and safety.

We are committed to continuously improving and developing our service based on the feedback and experiences shared by our guests. To achieve this goal, we will provide all necessary resources and maintain the confidentiality of our guests' complaints throughout the resolution process.
