- ASKA I.C. was established in 1999 as a Limited Company.
- In 2000, Sun Queen Beach Hotel opened for business.
- In 2001, Club Sun Heaven and Cleopatra Beste Hotel were merged with the company.
- In 2004, the ownership of Sultan Pan Hotel was taken and its name was changed to ASKA Baran.
- In 2008, Starliçe Hotel's superstructure rights were taken over and its name was changed to Bayview Resort.
- At the end of the 2008 season, the management of Club Sun Heaven was terminated and the management of Costa Hotel was started to operated.
- In 2008, ASKA Ltd. changed its title as ASKA I.C.
- In 2009, Justiniano Hotel management was added to ASKA. (It was renamed as Just In Beach a year later.)
- Again in 2009, the ownership of Club N Hotel was taken and its name was changed to Buket Resort & Spa.
- In 2010, Yuvam Apart, next to ASKA Baran Hotel, was rented and renovated, and offered for sale in the name of Baran Garden.
- In 2010, Washington Resort Hotel opened for business.
- The capacity of Buse Resort Hotel was increased in the winter season of 2011.
- In 2012, the foundation of the 5-star Lara Resort & Spa Hotel with 545 rooms was established in Lara / Kundu / Kemerağzı locality.
-The facility opened in the spring of 2014.
- ASKA Germany GmbH was established in 2015 and the President Hotel in Berlin, Germany, was taken over and opened for busines.
- In 2016, a new ASKA Brand, Eight Days Hotels, was stablished and Eight Days Istanbul opened for business in Sütlüce, Istanbul
- In May 2017, ASKA River Suites in Kundu, Antalya, owned by ASKA Hotels, opened for business..
- In 2019, the management of the Grand Prestige Hotel in Side was taken and opened its doors under the name ASKA Grand Prestige Hotel.
- As of 2019, ASKA Hotels continues to serve within tourism industry with 6 hotels.
